A configurable component that enables a customer-centric approach to engage customers based on their preferences and identities

One of the recurring patterns in Amazon Advertising is asking users to engage with a survey, known as Product Selector, to help them choose the right product. Previously, these surveys were custom-designed and coded for each campaign. After joining Amazon and encountering the second custom-coded Product Selector, I decided to replace these one-off solutions with a scalable configurator. The new configurator improved execution time by 52% and generated $18M in revenue within a year. However, I felt the Product Selector was still too simple, so I developed a second version, more flexible and visually appealing. That's how QUIZZO was born!
For the final user the solution is a really enjoyable multi step survey
